Cold, grim, emotionless, as if he's a robot. But he's not, just trying to make people fear him. Leaving cryptic hints, and riddles behind every line of dialogue.

Not much is known about him. Though what we do know, is his father was from Scotland, his mother Lithuania. His methods include stalking high priority targets. Usually black mailing them, trying to get them to take their own lives. When that doesn't work, he uses silenced take downs. Never being found. Thus the name, "Wraith" by the law, and teenagers trying to scare their friends. He uses a voice changer, making it distorted and deeper than normal.
