He is a huge creature with two great ebony wings, covered in pale blue hair, with gray skin and a long tail. His form is gargoyle-like with pointed ears and a muscular frame. Fraz-Urb'luu possesses excellent vision, including darkvision and true seeing, and can speak all languages and communicate telepathically.
