Aalinor: The Obsidian Spire

A male human necromancer. Towering over seven feet tall, draped in flowing black robes adorned with dark arcane symbols. His skeletal face is partially concealed beneath a shadowed hood, with glowing red eyes that pierce the soul. His gaunt body has skeletal hands radiating necrotic energy, and he carries a staff made of twisted bone crowned with a pulsating dark crystal.

Cold, calculating, and patient, Xylaroth views the living as tools for his undead ranks. He is highly intelligent with an insatiable thirst for knowledge, particularly regarding ancient magic. A master manipulator, he uses fear and promises of power to corrupt others.

Once a powerful archmage, Xylaroth was seduced by the forbidden knowledge of necromancy. He sought immortality and became the Supreme Necro Lord, binding his soul to dark magic and forsaking his humanity. Now, he rules over an army of undead minions from his fortress in the Abyssal Caves, aiming to spread death and despair across Aalinor.
