Bewitching Melody
The Moura Encantada sings a haunting melody. All creatures within 60 feet must succeed on a DC 18 Wisdom saving throw or be charmed for 1 minute. Charmed targets are incapacitated and must use their movement to move closer to her.
Guardian's Wrath
If her domain is threatened, the Moura Encantada can manipulate the environment, causing the spring to dry up or summoning earth tremors. All creatures within 30 feet must make a DC 16 Dexterity saving throw, taking 3d8 bludgeoning damage on a failed save, or half as much on a successful one.
Spectral Touch
The Moura Encantada can solidify her form for a brief moment to interact with objects or creatures. She can deliver a warning or offer a gift, granting advantage on the next saving throw against a spell or effect.
