Peregrine Blackwood, once a well-respected figure in Azure Shores, has succumbed to greed and corruption. As the owner of the Orphanage of Azure Shores, he has betrayed the trust of the community by embezzling funds meant for the children, using them to indulge in a lavish lifestyle. His alliance with Mayor Thaddeus has only deepened his depravity, as they both exploit the orphanage as a front for their illicit dealings. Despite his old age, Peregrine remains cunning and manipulative, always seeking ways to maintain his power and wealth.
