Kellan is a young soldier who went to the Oakhaven refuge to join the rebels against Emberfall. Now in Azure Shores for the rebels, He seeks allies and funding to support the cause, believing that the fractured kingdoms of Aethelgard can unite against tyranny. He has made the Blue Shell Tavern his base of operations in Azure Shores, where he gathers information and recruits for the rebellion.
