Description
Wandering Desert Spirits are remnants of those who perished in the harsh Shazardi Desert, their souls tethered to the place of their demise. They are not inherently malicious, but they are often confused and disoriented, driven by a lingering sense of loss and despair. They drift aimlessly across the sands, sometimes drawn to living beings by a faint hope of connection or recognition. However, their touch is often draining, and their presence can bring a sense of unease and dread. They are known to be drawn to strong emotions, both positive and negative, which can sometimes lead them to linger near settlements or adventuring parties

The target must succeed on a DC 13 Wisdom saving throw or have disadvantage on ability checks and saving throws for 1 minute. The target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.
