A towering relic from before The Sundering, this spire stands defiant amidst the broken islands of Skyrend. Cracks in the structure pulse with an eerie blue light, seemingly defying gravity. Many have tried to enter, but few return unchanged, claiming the walls whisper to them. The enigmatic scholar Veylan Oris has made this place his home, tirelessly researching the anomalies and hunting for lost texts that might explain the tower's mysteries. Veylan, a gifted but eccentric wizard, is often found in his study surrounded by arcane tomes, muttering about 'the voices' and 'the event yet to come.'

The spire is a colossal structure, with jagged edges and a shimmering blue glow emanating from its cracks. It appears to defy gravity, with sections of the tower floating slightly above the ground, surrounded by swirling mist and broken islands.
