Description
The Giant Desert-Sand Dragon-Turtle is a gargantuan reptilian creature that glides effortlessly through the sands of arid deserts, creating vast oases on its back. These ancient beings are revered by desert nomads as both guardians and harbingers of life in the harshest environments.

Sand Tsunami
Unleash a tidal wave of sand and rocks that crashes down on an area of 30 foott in all directions. The wave is 10 feet wide, and up to 10 foott tall. Each creature in that area must make a Dexterity saving throw. On a failed save, a creature takes 36 (8d8) bludgeoning damage and is knocked prone. On a successful save, a creature takes half as much damage and isn’t knocked prone. The sand then spreads out across the ground in all directions, smothering unprotected flames in its area and within 30 foot of it, and then it settles.

As a reaction, the Dragon-Turtle can retract its body into it's shell and gain 10 AC.
Verdant Life Creation
Once per day, the Dragon-Turtle can create a lush oasis on its back, providing food and water for up to 100 creatures for 24 hours.
Wind Blast (Recharge 6)
The dragon-turtle exhales a blast of wind in a line that is 60-foot long and 10 foot wide. Each creature in that area must make a DC 23 Strength saving throw. On a failure, a creature takes 20 (4d8) force damage and 36 (8d8) bludgeoning damage and is pushed up to 45 feet away from the dragon and knocked prone. On a success, a creature takes half the damage and isn't pushed or knocked prone. Nonmagical flames in the area are snuffed out.
