Whisperwind Village is a small, desperate settlement nestled in a sheltered cove, inhabited primarily by the Ashkin, who bear faint, shimmering scales and asymmetrical features due to the ambient magic of the area. Led by the gaunt and pragmatic Lyra, the villagers are wary of outsiders but possess invaluable survival skills in their blighted land, trading in salvaged goods, mutated fish, and rare minerals from the ruins.
