Echoing Whispers

All creatures within 60 feet must make a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw or be incapacitated until the end of their next turn. This ability cannot be used again until the Echoform has taken a short or long rest.
Fear Aura
The Corrupted Echoform radiates an aura of dread in a 30-foot radius. Creatures that start their turn in this area must succeed on a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw or become frightened for 1 minute. A frightened target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.
Shadow Grasp
The Corrupted Echoform reaches out with ectoplasmic tendrils. It makes a melee spell attack against a target within 15 feet. On a hit, the target takes 2d8 necrotic damage, and its speed is reduced by 10 feet until the end of its next turn.
