The air is thick with the smell of street food, neon lights flicker above crowded streets, and the sounds of laughter mix with the hum of electronic billboards advertising body augmentations and gambling. While the area has lost its former exclusivity, it now thrives with life, with a blend of cultures and an undercurrent of illegal activities that keep the streets vibrant.
