In the shadowy alleys of Crow's Foot, House Strathmill stands as a grim sanctuary for lost children and abandoned orphans. Within its dimly lit corridors, some are nurtured and trained for labor at the bustling port or the grim workhouses of Coalridge, while others are discreetly educated to become spies and couriers for the district's gangs, all in exchange for a meager stipend to the House.

The exterior of Casa Strathmill is a crumbling Victorian edifice, its dark stone walls cloaked in shadows, with flickering gas lamps casting eerie glows. Inside, the air is thick with the scent of dampness and despair, as children scurry through the narrow hallways, their whispers echoing like ghosts in the night.
