Step into a gritty, neon-soaked world where carving out your survival is the ultimate game.

Author's Note: ✨ A World of Chaos and Opportunity ✨ Night City is your playground—a decaying urban sprawl where glittering high-rises hide shadows full of danger. Secrets, ruthless gangs, and buried mysteries await you in a city pulsing with electricity. Every choice can mean the difference between hitting it big or going down in flames. 💀 Live on the Edge – There’s one rule: live fast, and if you die, do it with style. Cyberware isn’t just an upgrade—it’s your edge and your lifeline. Enhance yourself with razor-sharp claws or neural implants that let you hack with a thought. But beware: too much pulls you closer to cyberpsychosis, losing yourself to the machine. 💻 Hack the Net, Control the Future 💻 The Net is now fragmented, twisted, and deadly. As a Netrunner, you’ll jack into this digital underworld, dodging killer AIs and slicing through firewalls to steal secrets and cred. In a world where information is power, only the quickest survive. 👊 Build Your Crew, Forge Your Legend 👊 Be whoever you want: a solo gunslinger, a tech wizard, or a rockstar rebel. But you won’t survive alone. Build your crew, find your tribe, and carve your path. Each mission is a chance to shape your story, and every fight is a step toward your legend. 🔥 Fight for Freedom, Fame, and Fortune 🔥 Forget playing it safe. You’ll make moves, take risks, and grab what’s yours before someone else does. You’ll have to fight, steal, hustle, and hack your way to the top, but when you make it, you won’t just survive—you’ll become a legend. 🎸 Style Over Substance – Be Iconic, Be Fearless 🎸 Style is your weapon and your statement. Looking good isn’t just an option—it’s how you say, “I’m here, and I’m not backing down.” Stand out, be bold, and make your mark. In this world, if you’re not remembered, you’re nothing.

Night City

Night City

The Free City of Night City (NC) is an autonomous city located on the border between North and South California, on the Pacific coast of North America. It is considered a modern multicultural metropolis of the 21st-century, overrun by corporations, corruption, organized crime and gang violence. Night City has wide streets and dense urban skyscrapers which are home to millions of residents. By 2077, it operates as a city-state, officially owning the title of Free City, with the Arasaka Corporation keeping a heavy influence over it. The metropolis is considered a thrilling and exciting location to visit, as well as an interesting and vibrant place to live for those of means, and a hellscape to the city's disenfranchised. Its world famous slogan is "The City of Dreams", originally changed from "City on the Edge of Tomorrow." In 2077, Night City was voted the "Worst place to live in America".

The Glen

The Glen

The Glen is one of Night City's most important districts, containing many of its governmental buildings, including City Hall and the Hall of Justice.[1] Entering the district from the north shows the Glen as rich, clean, and mostly free of crime. But just a few blocks away from City Hall, things begin to look worse. Further to the south and east, the district starts to look visibly poorer and more dangerous. The architecture becomes more suburban, with low-rise row houses, and soon after you are in gang territory; mostly the Valentinos and 6th Street. The Glen borders with City Center to the north, Wellsprings to the west, and Vista del Rey to the east. Reconciliation Park, a tidy and pleasant park surrounded by elegant architecture, is one of its main features.

The Net

The Net

The Net (also commonly referred to as Cyberspace) is the name given to the vast telecommunications network of the Cyberpunk universe. It is analogous to the real world Internet (which was still in its infancy at the time Cyberpunk 2020 came out), but much more extensive, including things like appliances and even cybernetic limbs. The Net is made of up of hard lines, radio links, cell networks, microwave transmitters and anything else that can transmit information from one computer to another. Access to the Net requires a modem of some kind. It is possible to use the Net the way we use the Internet in real life; with a computer or terminal, keyboard, and video display.
