The Central Intelligence Department HQ is a fortified building located in the heart of the city, serving as the nerve center for all intelligence operations. It is heavily guarded and features a network of secret passages and surveillance systems, ensuring that sensitive information remains secure and accessible only to authorized personnel.

The HQ is an imposing structure made of dark stone, with tall windows that are often obscured by heavy drapes. The entrance is marked by a large, ornate door flanked by two guards in formal attire, and the interior is filled with maps, documents, and a constant buzz of activity as agents come and go.
