The Rekka Syndicate HQ is a fortified hideout located in the heart of the city, shrouded in secrecy and guarded by loyal thugs. Inside, the air is thick with tension and the scent of smoke, as the Mastermind orchestrates their criminal operations from a dimly lit chamber adorned with maps and plans of the city.

The exterior is a nondescript building with reinforced doors and barred windows, blending seamlessly with the surrounding architecture. Inside, flickering torches cast shadows on the stone walls, revealing the hustle of gang members and the ominous presence of the Mastermind.
