Professor Larissa Morvain is the Watcher known as The Curator, currently inhabiting the shell of a mild-mannered, half-blind librarian at the university. She has an uncanny knowledge of every book in the library catalog, including forbidden tomes the school doesn’t officially own. Her sacred duty is to maintain the Mythic Ledger, a record of every act of divine will, censor dangerous truths, and seek out those who attempt to write into fate without permission. She moves quietly through the halls, re-shelving books that no one remembers being checked out, smudging chalk sigils left by students on whiteboards, and whispering secret names to freshmen who were never told theirs.
