A man who always seems to have a cigarette dangling from his lips, his clothes smelling faintly of stale smoke. Despite this, his eyes are sharp and intelligent, constantly scanning the endless rows of vinyl. He has a wiry build, and his hands, though stained with nicotine, move with surprising dexterity as he handles records. He often wears a faded band t-shirt and well-worn jeans, giving him a perpetually casual, almost disheveled look. His hair is usually a bit disarrayed, and there's a permanent furrow in his brow from years of intense concentration on music.

Smoker is a laid-back, knowledgeable, and somewhat disheveled individual. He is always eager to share his insights on music and help customers find their next favorite record.

Albert Penny, known to his customers as Smoker, is an alumnus of ATO. He opened The Dusty Groove record store as a way to share his vast knowledge of music with the community. Despite his laid-back demeanor, Smoker has a deep passion for music and takes great care in curating his store's selection.
