Mr. Jacobs is a former Marine from California who moved to Washington as a young man. After his service, he bought a modest brick home in the Fraser-Whatcom District with his wife. After her passing, he retired from active duty and now works at the Sunnyland YMCA, dedicating himself to helping the youth of Bellingham stay away from drugs and gangs. Known for his stern but caring approach, he often offers shelter to kids in need, expecting them to improve themselves, though many fail to meet his standards. Despite not seeing beyond the Veil, his efforts have drawn the attention of the Umbra Division due to his discovery of several magical relics over the past three years.
