Time behaves strangely inside, and no magic or glamours function within its walls. Guards wear blank white masks and never speak. during restriction hours the entrances to each cell has hexes on them anyone attempting to pass through loses 1 something at random physically before being forcefully ejected into the cell wall at 700 mph if they survive they are then usually beat by the guards
