The Elves of Crossroads are refugees from a high fantasy realm, adapting to a post-apocalyptic world while preserving their magical heritage. The elvish diaspora now residing in the Emerald District blends arcane arts with selective technology, crafting enchanted artifacts and wielding modified firearms, all while maintaining a proud, reclusive culture that values tradition and the natural world.
