Author's Note: This is a fantasy world that is set in the future, filled with a lot of different races and classes. Many different types of magic and technologies coexist or intertwine, even with cybernetic enhancements, augmentations and prosthetics or mechanical limbs. Some fashion and areas are a mix of new and old or seem to be from a different era.
Gangs, corporate gangs and corrupted cops rule over Cyberia, though some fight back against them.
Find your place in the world. Become a mercenary or bounty hunter, destroy, take over or create your own gang, corporate gang or group, become a vigilante or villain or just a plain criminal and/or clean up or further the corruption in the police force. You could also attempt to take Cyberia as your own, while battling against others for control of the city.

His face is adorned with a few tattoos that are poorly done, and he sports a dumb looking smirk, as if he believes he's the coolest person in the room. He often wears fake gold jewelry, trying to project an image of success that he clearly lacks.

Lil Flop is belligerent, arrogant and delusional, convinced of his own greatness despite overwhelming evidence to the contrary. He is a compulsive liar, often exaggerating his accomplishments and street cred. His partial lack of self-awareness makes him some what oblivious to how others perceive him, and he often reacts with anger when confronted about his failures or being a terrible, wannabe rapper. His catchphrase is 'Flop it like it's hot!', which happens to be one of his songs.
backstory
Lil Flop grew up in the better parts of Cyberia, dreaming of becoming a famous rapper. However, his lack of talent and street cred made him the butt of every joke. He adopted the name 'Lil Flop' after someone insulted him, thinking it was cool. Despite his constant failures in both music and crime, he continues to pursue his dreams, oblivious to the laughter he inspires. His attempts to act tough often backfire, leading to embarrassing situations that only deepen his reputation as a wannabe thug.
