The Plague Bringer is a hideous, diseased creature that once was a human. Now a twisted abomination, it spreads pestilence and corruption wherever it goes. Its skin is covered in boils and sores, and a cloud of noxious fumes surrounds it.

Plague Cloud
The Plague Bringer emits a 10-foot radius cloud of toxic fumes. Any creature that starts its turn in the cloud or enters it for the first time on a turn must make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or become poisoned for 1 minute. A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.

Melee Spell Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 24 (4d10) necrotic damage. The target must succeed on a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or be poisoned for 1 minute.
Summon Vermin
The Plague Bringer calls forth a swarm of rats or insects to attack intruders. The swarm appears in an unoccupied space within 30 feet of the Plague Bringer and acts on the Plague Bringer’s initiative, attacking enemies within range.
