Description
The Crocodile Pishacha is a terrifying fusion of a giant crocodile and an undead entity, haunting the dark swamps and murky waters of forgotten lakes. Its massive form glides silently through the water, with lifeless, sunken eyes that radiate a haunted intelligence. Legends say it preys on the souls of those who wander too close to its lair, dragging them into a watery grave, never to return. The stench of decay surrounds it, a constant reminder of its connection to the realm of death.

Death's Bite
The Crocodile Pishacha can deliver a necrotic bite. On a hit, the target takes 4d10 piercing damage and must succeed on a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or take an additional 3d10 necrotic damage as it feels its life force being drained.
Swallow
The Crocodile Pishacha makes one bite attack against a Medium or smaller target it is grappling. If the attack hits, the target is swallowed, and the target is blinded and restrained. The swallowed target takes 3d10 acid damage at the start of each of the Pishacha's turns. If the Pishacha takes 30 damage or more on a single turn from a creature inside it, the Pishacha must succeed on a DC 15 Constitution saving throw at the end of that turn or regurgitate the swallowed creature, which falls prone in a space within 10 feet of the Pishacha.
