After escaping, he settled in the valley of dolls, where he conducts his own experiments to understand the nature of life and death. His knowledge of the occult is vast, but the scars of his past have left him cruel, lonely, and plagued by bouts of anger and depression, relying on his experiments with dolls and the undead for solace.
