Openness and sincerity are luxuries that few people can afford. You can help others only when it is beneficial or necessary for your own survival. Everyone is distrustful, cautious. Description
The Rotten Swamp is a murky expanse at the center of a lake, filled with mutated aquatic creatures and the remains of drowned souls. Beneath the surface lies the ruins of an ancient temple, steeped in dark magic, where adventurers risk insanity or parasitic infections that lead to grotesque mutations.
Appearance
The water is a sickly green, with patches of floating debris and the occasional glimpse of a gnarled, skeletal hand reaching out from the depths. The air is thick with the stench of decay, and the sounds of splashing and eerie whispers echo throughout the swamp.
