Openness and sincerity are luxuries that few people can afford. You can help others only when it is beneficial or necessary for your own survival. Everyone is distrustful, cautious. Description
A network of small, winding rivers and streams that flow through a desolate landscape, their waters dark and murky. The banks are lined with twisted trees and the air is thick with an eerie silence, broken only by the occasional rustle of unseen creatures.
Appearance
The rivers appear almost black, reflecting the gloomy sky above, with patches of algae floating on the surface. The surrounding area is dotted with skeletal remains of trees, their branches reaching out like bony fingers.
