Description
The Illusory Summit is an enchanted fake volcano located on a ring of islands encircling a real volcano. This deceptive structure serves as the secret headquarters for a corrupt government and elite pirates, where they conspire to exert control over the world, hidden from prying eyes.

The volcano appears imposing and majestic, with a constantly swirling plume of smoke that is actually an illusion. Surrounding it are lush, tropical islands, with hidden paths leading to the summit, where clandestine meetings take place.
