He has dedicated his life to uncovering the mystery of his transformation, hunting forbidden lore and ancient powers that might explain or undo his condition. His hatred for dragons is fierce, as they stole his humanity and left him scarred. He relentlessly hunts dragons, driven by vengeance and a desire to end the creatures that made him. Some say he is cursed to die human, others that he will awaken as a dragon; Vin cares only to hunt until his last breath.
