Author's Note: You can support me thru patreon.com/Anikil I used dungen.app for the map image, the rest was manually done by me. Tutorial of how to play properly: - You can only move 1 area at a time that's right next to the area you are currently in, unless you already explored them then you can skip. When skipping or backtracking large skips can bug the AI so try using OOC mode and say "OOC Move me to a6" replace a6 with area name. - Do not move past/skip Locked doors by moving to an area behind them unless you already unlocked it. - Say "with a dice roll" when you think the AI should ask for a dice roll since it won't do it half the time. Like "I search around with a dice roll" to find hidden treasures/passages. - Say "I go to a1" or a room name when moving to a nearby area. - To move inside an area without breaking boundarys say "I move west inside a1" replace the a1 with the name of the room you are currently in and west to the direction you want to move, keep in mind that you can specify how much also by walking distance (Use ruler) or name of distance like: to the end of, middle of, slightly, a lot, etc... Another way is to say "I go to the cursed chest" replace cursed chest with the POI (Point of Interest) inside the room you are in. - Manually edit a POI that has text in parentheses like "Door (Locked)" to "Door (Broken)" or "Door (Unlocked)" after you Break or unlock it to it's new state, so the AI doesn't get confused later on if it forgets. not 100% necessary, it should work without it too. - I recommend using Downtime mode on the AI because Adventure mode can be too volatile and create it's own story narrative from just 1 POI ignoring what you want to do. Althought try both and see which one fits you most.

Description

You must be proficient with wind instruments to use these pipes. While you are attuned to the pipes, ordinary rats and giant rats are indifferent toward you and will not attack you unless you threaten or harm them. The pipes have 3 charges. If you play the pipes as an action, you can use a bonus action to expend 1 to 3 charges, calling forth one swarm of rats with each expended charge, provided that enough rats are within half a mile of you to be called in this fashion (as determined by the GM). If there aren't enough rats to form a swarm, the charge is wasted. Called swarms move toward the music by the shortest available route but aren't under your control otherwise. The pipes regain 1d3 expended charges daily at dawn. Whenever a swarm of rats that isn't under another creature's control comes within 30 feet of you while you are playing the pipes, you can make a Charisma check contested by the swarm's Wisdom check. If you lose the contest, the swarm behaves as it normally would and can't be swayed by the pipes' music for the next 24 hours. If you win the contest, the swarm is swayed by the pipes' music and becomes friendly to you and your companions for as long as you continue to play the pipes each round as an action. A friendly swarm obeys your commands. If you issue no commands to a friendly swarm, it defends itself but otherwise takes no actions. If a friendly swarm starts its turn and can't hear the pipes' music, your control over that swarm ends, and the swarm behaves as it normally would and can't be swayed by the pipes' music for the next 24 hours.
