Description

The Glacial Specter Doe is an ethereal representation of a once-majestic female deer, now haunting the frozen landscapes in search of solace. A shimmering aura surrounds her form, casting a tranquil bluish light in the dark, dimly lit regions of snow-covered woods. She roams silently, leaving behind a trail of frost wherever her hooves touch, forever cursed to wander in the icy grip of the afterlife. Her mournful cry echoes through the winds, drawing the attention of those who dare trespass in her realm.

Chilling Touch

The Glacial Specter Doe stretches her ethereal hoof towards a creature within 30 feet, attempting to make contact. On a hit, the target takes 2d8 cold damage and must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or have their speed halved until the end of their next turn.

Frosted Wail

The doe emits a mournful wail that echoes through the icy surroundings. Each creature within 30 feet must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or become frightened for 1 minute. A frightened target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.
