The capital of the Federation of Waverii. The population is just under 800000. It is the second largest port city in the world, and being the capital of Waverii, it is one of the most defended cities. Just like the population of Waverii, the city's population is heavily mixed between the races, but is mostly dominated by Dragonborn and Humans. Much of the culture of the entire Federation of Waverii comes from the Dragonborn dominated Empires to the north. The city sits on the mouth of a large river that feeds into the sea, at the docks hundreds of ships come and go. The city is heavily defended by hundreds warships, and keeps a small army of a few thousand as garrison.
