The tower is actually a cosmic artifact of stone, mineral, and arcane mystery that crashed into the lands of Haza, bestowing magic to the inhabitants. The City of Hazabi developed around it. The tower of Hazabi has several academies and guilds focused on studying or controlling the ever-changing magic within the tower.
