Collared with a band of fused goblin teeth, she is chained to his throne, her left arm a skeletal ruin from his gnawing. Despite her suffering, Vessa has deluded herself into believing that their twisted relationship is one of love, whispering loyalty to Kroggrak even as he tortures her for amusement. Cursed by the Black Crown, she is bound to Uther’s Pass, unable to die until it falls, a fate Kroggrak ensures will never come to pass.
