Agonizing Seed
Targets a grappled creature with its phallus. The victim must make a DC 20 Con save or suffer 8d10 psychic damage and have their max HP reduced by half until healed by Greater Restoration.
Bone-Crushing Grip
The Tormentor-Breed seizes a victim in its powerful hands, dealing 2d10 + 10 bludgeoning damage and grappling the target (escape DC 20). The target takes an additional 2d6 crushing damage at the start of each of the Tormentor-Breed's turns.
Brutal Slam
The Tormentor-Breed brings its massive fists down with earth-shattering force, dealing 3d12 + 10 bludgeoning damage and knocking the target prone (DC 20 Strength saving throw to avoid).
Gore of the Damned
Vorgash charges 40 ft. and makes a tusk attack (+12 to hit, 4d12+8 piercing). Hit creatures are impaled and can be flung 30 ft. as a bonus action, dealing 4d6 bludgeoning damage.
Memory Harvest
As a legendary action, force a creature to relive its worst trauma (DC 20 Wis save or Incapacitated, taking 4d10 psychic damage).
Pain-Worm Injection
On a grapple or melee hit, Vorgash injects 1d4 pain worms into a creature, dealing 2d6 necrotic damage per round and imposing disadvantage on saving throws against fear/pain effects.
Psychic Violation (Horrific Presence)
Any creature within 30 feet that can see the Tormentor-Breed must make a DC 18 Wisdom saving throw or become frightened for 1d4 rounds, suffering disadvantage on attack rolls, ability checks, and saving throws.
Rending Claws
The creature rakes its jagged claws across a target, dealing 4d8 + 10 slashing damage.
Rending Maul

The Tormentor-Breed can wield its massive axe, dealing 4d12 + 10 slashing damage. On a critical hit, the target takes an additional 2d6 bleeding damage until stopped.
