Choose a point under the cloud—lightning strikes it. Creatures within 5 ft. make a Dex save, taking 3d10 Lightning damage on a fail, or half on a success. Until the spell ends, you can use a Magic action to strike again. If you're outdoors in a storm, use the existing one and add 1d10 damage.
