The message is mentally received and answered immediately. Targets understand your message. The spell works across any distance, even planes. If sent to another plane, there’s a 5% chance the message fails—you know if it doesn’t arrive. Targets can block further Sending for 8 hours. If blocked, the spell fails and you are made aware.
