Make a melee spell attack against one creature within reach. On a hit, it takes 3d6 Necrotic damage, and you regain HP equal to half the Necrotic damage dealt. Until the spell ends, you can repeat the attack as a Magic action on each of your turns, targeting the same or a different creature.
