Description: You create a 5-ft-radius hovering water sphere. Creatures in the space must make a Strength save. On a fail, they are restrained. Large+ creatures succeed automatically, and Large may choose to fail. Restrained creatures repeat the save at the end of each turn. The sphere can restrain 4 Medium or 1 Large creature. Extra creatures fall prone within 5 ft. The sphere can move 30 ft. as an action, carrying restrained targets and ramming into others.
