Paselbirsk is a wide stone settlement that serves as a neutral meeting ground for the various Nomadic tribes of Kathaayur. Nestled on the southeast edge of the expansive Moonstone Lake, this settlement provides refuge and a space for negotiations amidst the vast, shimmering salt flats that surround it.
