Psychic Scream

The Unfamiliar unleashes a wave of psychic energy in a 15-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 14 Wisdom saving throw, taking 18 (4d8) psychic damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

Spellcasting

The Unfamiliar can cast the following spells, requiring no material components: At will: *Mage Hand*, *Minor Illusion*; 3/day each: *Disguise Self*, *Dissonant Whispers*.

Tentacle Strike

The Unfamiliar lashes out with a tentacle, making a melee attack against a target within 10 feet. On a hit, the target takes 10 (2d6 + 3) bludeoning damage.

Venomous bite.

The unfamiliar does a venomous bite dealing (1d6) piercing damage and (1d4) pisons damage wnd will poison its target.
