EMM creates an impenetrable barrier of distorted time and space around the caster and one willing target. While within this barrier, both the caster and target are unable to move or act, effectively freezing them in place. External influences, such as spells or attacks, cannot affect them. However, each hour the spell is active, both the caster and target expend spell slots equal to half their combined levels. The spell ends if their mana runs out or if concentration is broken. The barrier can be dispelled by a Dispel Magic cast at 9th level or higher.
