A once-pure nature spirit now twisted by pollution and negative energy, the Corrupted Spirit embodies the decay of the natural world. Its form is obscured by a thick, black ink that drips and pools around it, spreading corruption wherever it goes.

Any creature that starts its turn in this area must succeed on a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or take 2d6 necrotic damage and have disadvantage on saving throws against being poisoned until the end of its next turn.

The Corrupted Spirit hurls a glob of black ink at a target within 60 feet. The target must succeed on a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw or take 3d8 poison damage and become poisoned for 1 minute.
