Description
Home of the Arackocra after they left the elemental Air Plane and took physical bodies. They have lived here for a thousand years. It was originally a nesting ground for giant eagles, where the air spirits manifested a physical form by taking their essence and turning it into the modern form of Arackocra. Velkir Stormsent calls this city home. He has studied archaeology and the druidic arts here from various teachers and fellow scholars. The people have some interest in trade, but overall they are primarily concerned with the natural balance of the elements and discovering more history since before they arrived on Eltharii
