The Etheric Wisp creates a phantasmal image of itself or another object within 30 feet. The illusion lasts for 1 minute or until dispelled.
Magic Siphon
The Etheric Wisp drains magical energy from a spellcaster within 30 feet, forcing them to roll a d20. On a roll of 10 or lower, that caster loses a spell slot of their choice (up to 3rd level) and the Wisp regains 1d4 hit points.
Phase Shift
As a bonus action, the Etheric Wisp can become incorporeal for 1 round, allowing it to pass through solid objects and avoid all damage from attacks.
