Kernath is a brutal city ruled by the tyrannical Lord Karthos, where poverty and disease run rampant. The inhabitants live in squalor, enslaved and suffering under the oppressive regime, with little hope for a better future.

The city is a dreary expanse of brick and stone, often battered by storms. Its buildings are functional yet grim, reflecting the harsh realities faced by its downtrodden population.
