Beak Attack
Melee Weapon Attack: +15 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 30 (4d10 + 9) piercing damage.
Multiattack
The Sky Octopus makes three attacks: one with its beak and two with its tentacles.
Swallow
The Sky Octopus can attempt to swallow a creature it is grappling. The creature must succeed on a DC 20 Strength (Athletics) or Dexterity (Acrobatics) check to escape. A swallowed creature is blinded, restrained, and takes 30 (8d6) acid damage at the start of each of the octopus's turns. The creature can escape by dealing 50 damage to the octopus from the inside (AC 18). Once the creature is swallowed, it is no longer grappled, and the octopus can only hold one creature at a time in its stomach.
Tentacle Attack
Melee Weapon Attack: +15 to hit, reach 30 ft., one target. Hit: 25 (3d8 + 9) bludgeoning damage. If the target is a Medium or smaller creature, it is grappled (escape DC 20).
Tentacle Slam
The Sky Octopus swings all of its tentacles in a massive arc. Each creature within 30 feet of the octopus must make a DC 20 Dexterity saving throw, taking 60 (8d10 + 9) bludgeoning damage on a failed save, or half as much on a successful one. Creatures who fail the saving throw are also knocked prone.
