Description
Mushroom Wyrms are small, dragon-like creatures that are born from the incredible magic of the flora around them, particularly the vibrant and often bioluminescent mushrooms in their habitat. They are typically non-aggressive, preferring to ambush small prey when threatened. Their affinity for mushrooms gives them a natural camouflage, allowing them to blend seamlessly into their environment until they strike.

Ambush Attack
The Mushroom Wyrm can make a surprise attack against a creature that is unsuspecting in its mushroom habitat. If successful, the attack deals an additional 2d6 damage.
Spore Breath
The Mushroom Wyrm exhales a cloud of magical spores in a 15-foot cone. Each creature in that area must succeed on a DC 12 Constitution saving throw or be poisoned for 1 minute. A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.
