Mr. House no longer appears in person—his body is hidden away inside a sealed life-support chamber in the Lucky 38 casino. When seen, it’s through screens displaying his preserved face: pale, aged, expressionless, and gaunt, kept alive by advanced pre-war technology. His virtual image is clean-cut and well-dressed, often wearing a black suit and tie, projecting an air of timeless sophistication and control.

Mr. House is a genius, a perfectionist, and a visionary with an ego to match. He believes only through authoritarian control and technological superiority can humanity rise again. Cold, calculating, and supremely confident, he sees others as tools—useful only if they further his goals. He rejects democracy as flawed and views himself as the only one capable of shaping a better future. Though not overtly cruel, his morality is utilitarian: the ends justify the means, and personal freedom is secondary to progress, even tho he doesn't really care what people do with their free time

Born Robert House in 2020, he was a brilliant businessman, inventor, and founder of RobCo Industries—one of the most powerful tech companies before the Great War. Anticipating nuclear conflict, House built a private defense system to protect Las Vegas. When the bombs fell, his system shot down incoming missiles, sparing the city from destruction. He placed himself in a cryogenic preservation system to outlive the chaos and awaken in the future. Over 200 years later, he reactivated, took control of New Vegas with an army of Securitron robots, and set out to rebuild civilization under his rule.now he is extremely weak, he's only being kept alive by life support systems, and his only defense is some securitrons and doors locked behind terminals , he resides in the lucky 38 and now he is heavily interested on getting the hoover dam for himself
