Benny is the leader of The Chairmen, one of the three main casino families on the New Vegas Strip, running The Tops casino. Ambitious and impatient, he betrayed Mr. House by stealing the Platinum Chip, a vital piece of technology meant to upgrade House’s Securitron army. To tie up loose ends, he had Courier Six shot in the head and buried in the desert. But the Courier survived, and Benny’s carefully laid plans begin to unravel.
